头孢菌素类抗生素由于侧链的不断改造,已经合成了对革兰氏阴性菌,特别是对绿脓杆菌抗菌力强、且几乎不被各种β—内酰胺酶水解的第三代头孢菌素,在目前的抗菌治疗中发挥着非常重要的作用。但近年来国外有关头孢菌素类抗生素,特别是3位侧链为甲噻四唑基因(Methythiotetrazol,MTT)的第三代头孢菌素可引起维生素K(Vk)依赖性凝血功能障碍和血小板功能障碍,导致出血的报道较多,现论述如下,供参考。
