江苏省教育厅9月7日出台义务教育阶段教师绩效工资考核办法,明确绩效考核会和师德挂钩,但绝对不与升学率挂钩。绩效考核结果将作为教职工绩效工资分配的主要依据。
On September 7, Jiangsu Provincial Department of Education issued the assessment method of teachers ’performance salary in compulsory education. The performance appraisal will be clearly linked with teachers’ morality. However, it is absolutely not linked with the enrollment rate. Performance appraisal results will serve as the main basis for the distribution of staff performance pay.
