《幼儿园教育指导纲要》中明确指出:“教育评价是幼儿园教育工作的重要组成部分,是了解教育的适宜性、有效性,调整和改进工作,促进每一个幼儿发展,提高教育质量的必要手段。”鼓励性评价有利于营造愉快的教学氛围,激发幼儿积极的参与到教学活动和游戏中来。多元评价是通过游戏与教学细致的观察每一个幼儿的行为举止,发现并激励幼儿展示才艺、彰显特长、个性萌芽。本文笔者试着结合教学实际谈这两项评价对幼儿健康成长的影响。
“Kindergarten Education Guidelines” clearly states: “Education evaluation is an important part of kindergarten education, education is to understand the suitability, effectiveness, adjustment and improvement of work, promote the development of every child, improve the quality of education necessary means . ”Encouragement evaluation helps to create a pleasant teaching atmosphere and inspire young children’s active participation in teaching activities and games. Multivariate evaluation is through the game and teaching detailed observation of each child’s behavior, found and motivate children show talent, highlight specialty, personality bud. In this paper, the author tries to combine the teaching of practical evaluation of the two children’s healthy growth.
