人性化服务,顾名思义就是以“人”为宗旨,在服务过程中要体现以人为本的理念,强调人的价值与尊严,由此开展一系列的服务来满足人的需求和社会的发展。就图书馆来说,所谓人性化服务是指满足读者合理的精神和物质要求。他是为人类服务的。他服务的对象是人,研究的对象也是人。他的目的,是通过其丰富的文献资源促进人的发展,实现人的价值,传播有效的信息资源,以达到推动社会进程和人类文明发展的效果,是一个人文性非常强的机构。他的服务,更需要从内到外,时时刻刻,全方位地为读者提供以人为中心的服务。下面本人,从如何树立人性化服务的理念以及具体实施办法等方面,进行探讨。
