本文分析了目前开发医院管理信息系统过程中存在的一些问题,并从策略、技术、管理和人才培养、数据规范等方面对成功开发医院管理信息系统提出了若干建议。近几年来,随着电子计算机技术、通讯技术及管理科学的发展,我国的管理信息系统正迅速从工业企业扩展到金融、卫生等国民经济各个领域。医院管理信息系统的开发与应用,为提高医院管理水平起到了积极的促进作用。但在开发中也出现了一些问题,本文拟就笔者几年来在医院应用计算机的实践和认识,就目前医院管理信息系统(以下简称 HMIS)开发中出现的问题,谈谈看法,以求起到抛砖引玉的目的。
This paper analyzes some problems existing in the process of developing hospital management information systems, and puts forward several suggestions for the successful development of hospital management information systems in terms of strategy, technology, management, personnel training, and data specification.
