患者女,9岁。出生后即发现双眼小睑裂,长大后无改变。于1992年7月3日就诊我院。患女为头胎足月顺产。否认母孕期间有患病史或服药史。父母非近亲婚配,父母及唯一妹妹健康,家族中无类似病史。检查:智力正常,全身体检未见畸形。眼部:视力右1.0,左1.0,眼球正位,运动不受限。双侧上睑下垂,遮盖瞳孔上部3/4,前额皮肤出现水平皱褶,眉弓上提成高凸的弓形,头部稍后仰。双睑裂宽度17mm,高度4mm,双下睑内侧赘皮皱
