本实验用乌拉坦麻醉的大鼠,探讨了下丘脑室旁核(PVN)注射神经降压素(NT)对胃酸分泌的影响及其机制。结果表明,PVN注射微量NT后,胃酸排出量呈剂量依赖性减少,此效应可被侧脑室内预先注射酚妥拉明所阻断,但不能被螺哌啶酮阻断、双侧颈迷走神经切断后,PVN注射NT对胃酸排出量无明显影响。这提示,PVN注射NT对大鼠胃酸分泌的抑制作用,可能与该处α-受体的激活有关,并通过迷走神经所中介。
In the present study, we investigated the effects of neurotensin (NT) injected into the paraventricular nucleus of the hypothalamus (PVN) on gastric acid secretion and its mechanism by using urethane anesthesia in rats. The results showed that the PVN injection of trace amount of NT, a dose-dependent reduction in gastric acid secretion, this effect can be pre-injection of lateral parenteral intraventricular phentolamine blocked, but not by spiropetidone blocking, bilateral cervical vagotomy After PVN injection of NT on gastric acid secretion had no significant effect. This suggests that PVN injection of NT on rat gastric acid secretion inhibition may be related to the activation of α-receptor, and through the vagus nerve intermediary.
