1994年,中央政府推出了一系列旨在建立社会主义市场经济体制的宏观改革措施,这使得我国的体制转轨特征更加明显,同时也标志着改革已进入以全面制度创新为主的转型关键时期。在这一时期,社会心理环境发生了哪些明显变化,引起这些变化的原因是什么,这些变化对下一部将推进的改革以及社会稳定将会产生什么影响,这些都是改革不可回避的现实问题,也是我们据以分析、判断改革社会形势的重要信息和依据。1994年底,国家体改委社会调查系统在往年连续调查观测的基础上,又进行了一次全国规模的问卷入户调查。
In 1994, the Central Government introduced a series of macro-reform measures aimed at establishing a socialist market economic system. This has made the system of our country’s system more visible and symbolic. It also marks that the reform has entered a critical period of transition characterized by a comprehensive system of innovation. What are the obvious changes in the social and psychological environment during this period, what are the reasons for these changes, and what impact these changes will have on the next reform that will be promoted and the social stability that are the unavoidable realities of the reform? It is also the important information and basis on which we analyze and judge the social situation for reform. At the end of 1994, based on the continuous surveys and surveys conducted by the State Commission for Restructuring Reform, the social survey system of the State Commission for Restructuring Reform conducted a nationwide questionnaire survey.
