由化学品引起的动物肿瘤(化学致癌)是需一段时间的多阶段过程。许多化学致癌物在发挥作用前需经代谢活化,经几个步骤的代谢产生亲电产物,与重要的细胞内大分子呈共价结合,经数月或数年后已改变的细胞表现出新的遗传表型特征,导致细胞生长模式的改变(表1)。
Animal tumors caused by chemicals (chemical carcinogenesis) are multi-stage processes that take some time. Many chemical carcinogens need to be metabolically activated before they can function, producing electrophiles through several steps of metabolism, being covalently bound to important intracellular macromolecules, showing new cells that have changed after months or years The genetic phenotypic characteristics, resulting in changes in cell growth patterns (Table 1).
