本文对600多名接触振动作业工人进行了健康检查与有关生理机能的测定,并对其经常使用的11种型号的振动工具的振动参数进行了测量。结果表明:目前我国接触振动作业工人,每日累积接触振动的时间多在两小时以内,年累积接触振动的时间为300～500小时,振动工具手柄处最大的频率计权加速度值为4.2～111.8米/秒~2,多数在20米/秒~2以上,工人“白指”发生率平均为2.8%,其中6KM铆工与砂轮工“白指”发生率最高,分别为20%与22%。
In this paper, more than 600 workers exposed to vibration health checks and the determination of physiological functions, and its often used in 11 types of vibration tools vibration parameters were measured. The results show that at present, workers exposed to vibration in our country accumulate more contact vibration within two hours per day, and the cumulative contact vibration time is 300-500 hours. The maximum frequency weighted acceleration at the vibration tool handle is 4.2-111.8 M / s ~ 2, mostly in the range of 20m / s ~ 2, the average incidence rate of white refers to 2.8%, of which 6kM riveting and grinding wheel workers have the highest incidence of “white” .
