以往在肾炎认识上的误区是过于注重对肾小球炎症过程的研究,而忽视了对肾小管间质不可逆性病变的探讨。近年来的大量研究发现,决定肾炎预后主要是肾小管间质的因素,而不是肾小球的因素。
Misunderstandings on the understanding of nephritis in the past is too focused on the process of glomerular inflammation, while neglecting the irreversible tubulointerstitial lesions. In recent years, a large number of studies found that the prognosis of nephritis is the main factor of tubulointerstitial rather than glomerular factors.
