基于固定装配关系进行的虚拟装配仿真缺乏灵活性,无法适应装配关系需要调整的装配需求,同时由于零部件之间的高度耦合关系,零件的重用与共享难以实现,装配关系的动态构建可解决上述问题。在分析零件装配特点的基础上,提出了面向装配关系动态构建的零件分层次语义描述模型,建立了装配过程语义匹配推理机制,给出了匹配语义的解算方法,提出了装配关系动态调整方法,实现装配关系的动态构建。以减速器产品为例,验证了研究方法的有效性。
