患者男,18岁,学生。右眼异物感、流泪7天。7天前患者出现不明原因的右眼异物感、流泪,呈持续性。无粘脓性及脓性分泌物,无疼痛,患者不时用手揉搓眼睑。患病第二天到当地医院就诊,诊断“病毒性结膜炎”,用0.1%疱疹净眼液滴眼、四环素眼膏涂眼,用药5天自觉症状加重,前来本科就诊。检查:视力裸双眼5.0,右眼、眼睑,望、触无异常发现。睑缘、睫毛无异常发现。睑球结膜广泛性充血(+),内眦部睑球结膜
