肺裂的显示对于确定肺部病变的位置,决定手术的方式、范围有着重要意义。但肺裂的CT影像受到邻近肺实质部分容积效应的影响,而未能很好显示。为了改善斜裂的显示,笔者对35°倾斜轴薄层CT扫描进行了初步试验研究。通过对50例正常肺不同倾斜轴CT扫描,探讨了常规扫描、25°和35°倾斜轴CT扫描对肺斜裂显示的价值。结果表明25°和35°倾斜薄层扫描对斜裂的显示明显优于常规CT标准扫描(P<0.001),35°倾斜薄层扫描优于25°倾斜薄层扫描,但无统计学上的意义(P>0.05)。
