中国电子信息产业集团公司(中电集团公司一CEC)是经中国国务院批准成立的全国性企业,是中国电子行业最大的企业之一。它具有高技术电子产品科研开发、生产经营以及投资办实业等多种功能,是集科技、工业、金融、贸易为一体的跨地区、跨行业的大型综合性企业。在遍及十几个省市中xEC有直属企业28家,合资联营企业23家,境外企业8家,挂靠企业3家,共62家。其中5家企业进入电子百家企业之列,两家企业股票已在国内上市。CEC还有多个境外企业。
China Electronic Information Industry Corporation (CEC) is a national enterprise approved by the State Council of the People’s Republic of China and one of the largest companies in the Chinese electronics industry. It is a high-tech electronic product research and development, production and management and investment office industry and other functions. It is a large-scale comprehensive enterprise integrating science, technology, industry, finance, and trade. In more than a dozen provinces and cities, xEC has 28 directly-affiliated companies, 23 joint ventures and joint ventures, 8 overseas companies, and 3 companies affiliated with 62 companies. Among them, five companies have entered the ranks of e-hundred companies, and the shares of the two companies have been listed in the domestic market. CEC also has multiple overseas companies.
