楼面结构出现裂缝的原因十分复杂,有材料、温度变化等原因。但在目前,建筑楼面裂缝尚未引起工程人员足够重视,现浇钢筋混凝土楼面板的裂缝,是目前较难克服的质量通病之一,特别是住宅工程楼面出现裂缝,往往会引起投诉、纠纷以及索赔要求等。现结合多年来大量施工实践中的经验和教训,从施工的角度,阐述楼面裂缝的原因及综合防治措施。
