今年上半年,中央全面深化改革领导小组审议通过了《新时期产业工人队伍建设改革方案》,方案明确了新时期产业工人队伍建设改革的指导思想、基本原则、目标任务以及改革举措等。就产业工人队伍建设改革专门进行谋划和部署,这在我国历史上尚属首次,此举充分体现了党和政府高度重视产业工人队伍建设,具有重大而深远的意义。
In the first half of this year, the leading group for comprehensively deepening the reform of the Central Government examined and approved the “Proposal for the Reform and Building of the Industrial Workers in the New Era.” The plan clearly defined the guiding ideology, basic principles, objectives and tasks as well as reform measures for the reform and construction of industrial workers in the new era. This is the first time in the history of our country that planning and deployment of the construction and reform of industrial workers ranks first. This fully demonstrates the great and far-reaching significance that the party and the government attach great importance to the construction of the contingent of industrial workers.
