CS—1型车辆信息识别系统于1995年9月在成都铁路局正式投入运行试验。3个月的记录数据表明:系统稳定可靠准确,未出现任何故障,取得了满意的效果。该系统由车上应答器,地面微波发射接收器和数据处理计算机等组成。系统采用微波发射接收应答方式。车上应答器为无源电子装置,它的存储器可写入所代表车的车种、车型、车号,厂修、段修、辅修单位、日期,车辆轴承种类等信息,并可方便地人工改写、重复使用,根据需要还可增加记录内容。 该系统的数据处理机通讯接口按TMIS系统通讯规程设计,可与其它系统方便联网。
