目的评价以传染源控制为主的综合防治措施在云南省山丘平坝型血吸虫病流行区的防治效果。方法在云南省洱源县选择血吸虫病流行较严重的3个行政村,其中2个村作为实验村,在常规防治措施基础上实施有螺地带禁止放牧、定点放牧、家畜圈养、改厕和建沼气池等传染源控制措施;另1个作为对照村实施常规防治措施。通过人畜血吸虫感染率、感染性钉螺分布等指标评价防治效果。结果2007年实验村居民和牛感染率均较2005年显著降低,而对照村居民感染率仍>1%;实验村感染性钉螺分布点、感染性钉螺密度和钉螺感染率3个指标均显著降低,而对照组则显著升高。结论以传染源控制为主的血吸虫病综合防治措施可有效控制山区血吸虫病流行。
Objective To evaluate the control effect of comprehensive control measures based on infection source control on endemic areas of pingba schistosomiasis in the hills of Yunnan Province. Methods Three administrative villages with severe schistosomiasis prevalence were selected in Eryuan County, Yunnan Province. Two of them were used as experimental villages. On the basis of routine prevention and control measures, no-grazing, fixed-point grazing, livestock husbandry, toilet renovation and construction Digesters and other sources of infection control measures; the other as a control village to implement conventional control measures. The infection rate, infectious snail distribution and other indicators were used to evaluate the control effect. Results In 2007, the infection rates of residents and bovines in experimental villages were significantly lower than those in 2005, while the infection rates of residents in control villages were still> 1%. The distribution of infectious snails, the density of infected snails and the infection rate of snails in experimental villages were significantly decreased, The control group was significantly higher. Conclusion The integrated control measures of schistosomiasis with infection source control can effectively control the schistosomiasis prevalence in mountainous areas.
