我们曾为遵义第三化工厂制造了一套大型氯乙酸抽滤设备,投产一年多来情况良好。该设备主要由筒体、锥形盖、抽滤花板三部分组成,主要尺寸如图1所示。筒体和锥形差分别由20mm 和14mm 的硬聚氯乙烯板加工成型。全套设备料达1吨,属中型化工设备。在加工过程中,我们采用热浸加工工艺十分简便解决了,R 为900mm,板厚20mm 的筒体和板厚14mm 的锥形盖加热成型技术关键。
We have produced a large-scale chloroacetic acid pumping equipment for Zunyi No.3 Chemical Plant, which has been in good condition for more than a year. The device is mainly composed of cylinder, cone cover, suction filter board three parts, the main dimensions shown in Figure 1. Cylinder and cone difference respectively by 20mm and 14mm rigid PVC plate molding. A full set of equipment up to 1 ton, is a medium-sized chemical equipment. In the process, we use the hot dip processing technology is very simple to solve, R is 900mm, the thickness of 20mm cylinder and the thickness of 14mm conical cover heating molding technology key.
