本文拟定的锂的反相萃取柱色层分离法,以聚四氟乙烯(701)为载体,0.186M二苯甲酰甲烷(DBM)-12.5%磷酸三丁酯(TBP)的16.7%十二烷-70.8%乙醚溶液为固定相,2M NH_3·H_2O及水为杂质淋洗液,1%NaCl作锂的解脱液,可使锂与铜、镍、钴、钙、镁、铝、铋、铷、铯、镉、锰、钒、铌、钽等元素定量分离,最后用钍试剂Ⅰ分光光法测定锂(也可用原子吸收光谱法测定)。此法不仅分离效率高、回收率高(可达100%),而且简便、快速、易于普及,能用于盐卤及矿石等试样中锂的测定,也可用于锂的提制(仅需将锂与钠进一步分离)。
