上海华东电脑进修学院是由国家信息产业部华东计算机技术研究所投资,于1993年经上海市教委批准创建。学院办学资质正规,曾被评为上海市社会力量办学(A级)优秀学院、上海市社会力量办学先进集体、上海市徐汇区社会力量办学先进集体,学院同时还是上海市社会力量办学研究会信息技术教育委员会主任单位、上海市信息化培训协会第一届理事会副理事长单位。2003年,学院又在1400多家社会力量办学机构中脱颖而出,被市教委评为A级进修学院。
Shanghai Huadong Computer Training Institute is invested by Huadong Computer Technology Research Institute of the State Ministry of Information Industry and was approved by Shanghai Municipal Education Commission in 1993. College of formal qualifications, has been rated as Shanghai Social Strength School (A) Outstanding College, Shanghai social forces run advanced collectives, Shanghai Xuhui District, the social forces of advanced collectives, at the same time, Shanghai Institute of Social Sciences is also the information society Technical Education Committee director unit, Shanghai Information Technology Training Association vice president of the first unit of the board unit. In 2003, the college again stood out in more than 1,400 social forces running schools and was rated as A-level Continuing Education College by the Municipal Education Commission.
