Since the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Party, especially the Party’s 12th National Congress, with the gradual improvement of the national democratic system and the continuous improvement of the democratic life within the party, there have been remarkable situations in the critical coverage of newspapers, radio and television and the Positive results.
