我厂生产的17型单链刮板输送机,其主要部件之一中部槽,原来在矿井下使用寿命很短,一般仅半年左右,中部槽的中板就被链条磨穿,以致不能使用。然而,据有关资料报导,西德的中部槽使用寿命为二年以上,英国的为二至三年。中部槽寿命影响了整机使用期限。为了提高中部槽寿命,赶超世界先进水平,我们对中部槽的最薄弱处——中板端头链道处进行粉末等离子弧喷焊。稍为增加生产成本,大大提高了中部槽的使用寿命。使用时间由原来的半年左右,一下提高到两年多,而且还可继续使用。实践证明,这是一项提高刮板输送机中部槽寿命的新工艺,可以为煤矿生产经磨耐用的好产品。
