近年来药物抗早孕的研究进展迅速,目前应用抗孕激素米非司酮配伍Misoprostol(米索前列醇)终止早孕(7周内)的成功率已达90％以上,并且发现临床效果与用药方法密切相关。为进一步探讨临床效果与用药方法以及孕期和流血量的关系,现将我科1993年8月至1994年5月采用上述药物终止早孕的517例孕妇的资料作一分析。
In recent years, research on anti-early pregnancy drug has progressed rapidly. At present, the success rate of termination of early pregnancy (within 7 weeks) with the combination of anti-progesterone and mifepristone (Misoprostol) has reached more than 90%, and the clinical efficacy and medication method were found closely related. To further explore the clinical effects and methods of treatment and the relationship between pregnancy and blood loss, now our department from August 1993 to May 1994 the use of the drug termination of early pregnancy in 517 pregnant women for an analysis of the data.
