2005年2月15日、17日中国保监会与中国证监会、中国银监会联合下发《关于保险机构投资者股票投资交易有关问题的通知》、《保险机构投资者股票投资登记结算业务指南》、《保险公司股票资产托管指引》和《关于保险资金股票投资有关问题的通知》,对保险资金直接投资股票市场涉及的证券账户、交易席位、资金结算、资产托管、投资比例和风险监控等有关问题做出了明确规定,确保保险资金直接入市的操作流程环节清晰,责任明确,衔接顺畅。
February 15, 17, 2005 CIRC, China Securities Regulatory Commission and China Banking Regulatory Commission jointly issued the Circular on Issues Related to Equity Investment Transactions of Insurance Institutional Investors, Guidelines on the Registration and Settlement of Stock Equity Investors in Insurance Institutions, The Guidelines on Stock Asset Custody of Insurance Companies and the Notice on Relevant Issues Concerning Stock Investment in Insurance Funds, and other issues related to the securities accounts, trading seats, fund settlement, asset custody, investment proportion and risk monitoring involved in the direct investment of insurance funds in the stock market Out of a clear rule, to ensure the direct entry of insurance funds into the market a clear link, a clear responsibility, smooth convergence.
