现代学徒制是当今国际上职业教育发展的重要趋势和主导模式,推行现代学徒制,是推进中国特色现代职业教育体系建设的战略选择,是职业教育深化产教融合、校企合作,提高人才培养质量的重要举措。本文从现代学徒制的内涵与特点研究入手,通过在中职学校汽车运用与维修专业试点现代学徒制,探索了现代学徒制的具体操作流程,提出构建现代学徒制人才培养模式的有效途径是:明确人才培养目标定位,校企共同制定人才培养方案;全面分析岗位能力需求,开发构建模块化课程体系;突出岗位职业技能培养,科学确定教学过程安排;强化人才培养质量监控,推进“双证书”制度实施。
Modern apprenticeship is an important trend and dominant mode in the development of vocational education in the world today. The implementation of modern apprenticeship is a strategic choice to promote the construction of a modern vocational education system with Chinese characteristics. Vocational education deepens the integration of industry and education, and the cooperation between schools and enterprises, An important measure of quality. Starting with the research on the connotation and characteristics of modern apprenticeship system, this paper explores the specific operating procedures of modern apprenticeship system by piloting the modern apprenticeship system in the field of automobile operation and maintenance in vocational schools and proposes an effective way to construct modern apprenticeship talent training mode: Clearly defined the goal of personnel training, school-enterprise jointly develop talent training programs; a comprehensive analysis of job skills needs, development and construction of modular curriculum system; highlight job skills training to determine the scientific process of teaching; strengthen the training of personnel quality control, promote the “double certificate ”System implementation.
