以测量玻璃临界表面张力(CST)和采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)的方法研究了用各种方法处理前后的硼硅玻璃以及钠钙软质玻璃的湿润性。处理方法包括:氯化氢气体腐蚀;硅烷化;表面活性剂浸泡以及这些方法的配合使用。研究结果发现:经过腐蚀后的钠钙玻璃的CST值有相当大的增加,这个效果能够用表面的几何模型加以解释。用毛细管柱涂渍内表面的SEM图说明CST值以及一系列气相色谱固定相的表面张力将有助于毛细管柱的制备。
The wettability of borosilicate glass and soda-lime soft glass before and after treatment by various methods was studied by measuring the critical surface tension of glass (CST) and using a scanning electron microscope (SEM). Treatment methods include: hydrogen chloride gas corrosion; silanization; surfactant soaking and the use of these methods. The results show that there is a considerable increase in the CST value of the etched soda-lime glass, and this effect can be explained by the geometric model of the surface. SEM pictures of inner surfaces with capillary columns indicate that the CST value and the surface tension of a series of GC stationary phases will facilitate capillary column preparation.
