自《食品卫生法(试行)》颁布实施至今,食品从业人员体检仍呈十年一贯制,未见完善发展的强劲势头。当前,食品从业人员体检实施过程,存在着一些不规范的问题,与体检的目的、意义相悖,致使体检质量长期不能提高,直接影响食品卫生质量、消费人群健康。因此提出:有必要探讨适合我国国情的食品从业人员体检的统一规范问题。为修改完善食品卫生法律、法规和食品从业人员体检有关规定,提供参考。
Since the “Food Hygiene Law (Trial)” was promulgated and implemented so far, the physical examination of food workers is still in a ten-year consistent system, and there is no strong momentum for sound development. At present, there are some non-standard problems in the implementation process of food inspection personnel, which is inconsistent with the purpose and significance of the physical examination, resulting in a long-term improvement in the quality of physical examination, directly affecting the quality of food hygiene and the health of consumers. Therefore, it is proposed that it is necessary to discuss the unified standardization of physical examination for food professionals who are suitable for China’s national conditions. In order to revise and improve the food hygiene laws and regulations and the relevant provisions of food inspection personnel, provide reference.
