传统放电加工机床。由于受构成电极进给机构的滚珠丝杠、齿轮及电机的影响,其尺寸受到限制。由压电陶瓷快速变形原理实现的脉冲驱动机构能以精细的步距运动,此机构应用到电极进给系统中,可以开发出袖珍放电加工(EDM)机床,它的外形尺寸可以压缩至18×16×68mm~3,进给步距可在0.02μm~0.6μm内调整。其加工微孔的性能可与传统的放电加工机床相媲美。文中还探讨了这种新开发的进给机构的各种用途。
Traditional EDM machine. Due to the ball screw, gear and motor that make up the electrode feed mechanism, the size is limited. The pulse driving mechanism realized by the principle of rapid deformation of piezoelectric ceramics can be moved in fine steps. When this mechanism is applied to the electrode feeding system, a compact EDM machine tool can be developed. Its dimensions can be reduced to 18 × 16 × 68mm ~ 3, feed step can be adjusted within 0.02μm ~ 0.6μm. The processing of microporous performance comparable with the traditional EDM machine. The paper also explores the various uses of this newly developed feed mechanism.
