ZZP4400/17/35支架原设计用于铺网分层开采厚煤层,主要由挑梁、前梁、顶梁、掩护梁、底座、尾梁、连杆、铺网机构和液压系统组成。成庄矿有160架ZZP4400支架因采煤工艺改变而闲置,古书院矿也有2套该型号支架在3号煤工作面做一次采全高支架使用。随着3号煤资源枯竭,该支架的使用率也会下降,而成庄矿和长平公司需要放顶煤支架。为充分利用这些支架,决定对该支架进行改造。
The ZZP4400 / 17/35 bracket was originally designed for the stratified mining of thick coal seams.
