目的:探讨聚乙二醇干扰素α-2a联合利巴韦林治疗慢性丙型病毒性肝炎的临床效果.方法:选取我院2007年5月～2013年1月收治的100例慢性丙型肝炎患者,抽签随机分为治疗组与对照组各50例,治疗组予以聚乙二醇干扰素α-2a联合利巴韦林治疗,对照组予以干扰素α-2a皮下注射联合利巴韦林治疗,对比2组疗效.结果:两组各阶段ALT复常率、应答率对比无统计学差异(P＞005).治疗组不良发应例数均少于对照组(P＜005).结论:聚乙二醇干扰素α-2a联合利巴韦林治疗慢性丙型病毒性肝炎与干扰素α-2a皮下注射联合利巴韦林疗法应答率等方面相似,不良反应发生率略低.
