为推动期刊科学持续发展,进一步促进期刊出版经营管理人才的培养,提高期刊社高级管理人员管理决策能力、综合领导能力、开拓创新能力,经国家新闻出版广电总局批准,由中国期刊协会主办的期刊经营管理培训班于2013年8月24～26日在黑龙江省哈尔滨市举行,来自全国各省市自治区的230名学员参加了学习。黑龙江省新闻出版局赵勤义局长、吉林省新闻出版局胡宪武局长、黑龙江省新闻出版局唐衍伟副局长、吉林省新闻出版局姚玉和副局长、黑龙江期刊协会李曙光会长、上海市期刊协会柴建民副会长、山东省期刊协会李康副秘书长等领导出席了8月24日上午举行的开班仪式并作了重要讲话。
