目的:了解医务人员接种甲型H1N1流感裂解疫苗的不良反应(ADR)发生情况。方法:观察该医院375名医务工作者接种甲型H1N1流感裂解疫苗后的ADR,统计分析ADR发生率、出现时间、持续时间、转归等。结果:375例甲型H1N1流感裂解疫苗接种者中发生ADR10例,发生率2.7%。均为一般ADR,所有的ADR经对症治疗后均可治愈。结论:甲型H1N1流感裂解疫苗总体ADR以轻度ADR为主,均可治愈,疫苗的安全性较好。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the incidence of adverse reactions (ADR) among medical staff inoculated with influenza A (H1N1) influenza vaccine. Methods: The ADR of 375 medical workers in the hospital after inoculation of influenza A (H1N1) influenza vaccine was observed. The incidence of ADR, the time of occurrence, the duration of the disease and the outcome of the treatment were statistically analyzed. Results: Of the 375 cases of influenza A (H1N1) influenza vaccine vaccination, 10 cases occurred ADR, the incidence rate was 2.7%. All are general ADRs, and all ADRs can be cured after symptomatic treatment. Conclusion: The overall ADR of Influenza A (H1N1) influenza vaccine is mainly treated with mild ADR, which can be cured and the safety of the vaccine is good.
