包皮环切术,以往的麻醉方法除儿童应用全麻外,均用1%普鲁卡因阴茎根部沮滞麻醉。该法麻醉操作复杂,病人痛苦,效果不完全,用药量大,易致包皮水肿,15岁以下儿童不易配合。我们从1992年开始,对58例患者采用阴茎背静脉麻醉行包皮环切术,收到良好的效果。操作方法:常规消毒,铺无菌单,阴茎根部上止血带,使阴茎背侧静脉充盈。抽取2%利多卡因2～5ml,连接5号头皮针,左手固定阴茎,右手持针,选好充盈的静脉,由远心端向近端刺入,待回血后固定好针头,将药物缓慢注入约2ml,拔针后局部压迫1～3分钟即可。
