储粮用变压膨胀灭虫方法及其模糊控制技术

灭虫是粮食仓储前的关键技术。在分析现有灭虫方法后,设计了一种基于变压膨胀的无公害储粮灭虫方法。建立了系统总体原理图和工作流程。基于计算机设计了系统的全自动控制方案。特别在容器内设计了导气管,在气路中设计了缓冲气瓶,从而加快容器内的升压和压力平衡速度。分析了变压膨胀灭虫方法的数学模型,确定了影响性能的关键参数是合理的高压值和保压时间。针对设备的复杂性和关键参数的智能化设定,设计了多输入多输出的模糊规则器,并采用最小—最大法进行模糊推理和反模糊化,给出了详细的模糊推理方法。采用PD反馈控制快速实现容器内的高压。利用PCAuto建立了系统的仿真环境,并进行了压力的模糊控制实验。结果表明模糊控制提高了压力控制效率。试验证明了变压膨胀灭虫方法的有效性。本装置已获得国家发明专利。 Pest control is the key technology before grain storage. After analyzing the existing methods of pest control, a method of pollution-free storage grain pest control based on pressure expansion was designed. Established the overall system schematic diagram and workflow. A fully automatic control system based on computer was designed. Air ducts are specially designed in the container and buffer gas cylinders are designed in the air line to speed up the pressure rise and pressure balance in the container. The mathematical model of the method of pressure swing expansion and extermination was analyzed and the key parameters influencing the performance were determined to be reasonable high pressure value and dwell time. Aimed at the complexity of the equipment and the intelligent setting of the key parameters, a fuzzy inference system with multiple inputs and multiple outputs was designed. The fuzzy reasoning and anti-obfuscation were carried out by using the min-max method, and a detailed fuzzy reasoning method was given. Using PD feedback control to quickly achieve high pressure in the container. The system simulation environment is established by using PCAuto, and the fuzzy control experiment of pressure is carried out. The results show that fuzzy control improves the pressure control efficiency. The experiment proved the effectiveness of the pressure swing expansion pest control method. This device has obtained national invention patent.
