八角枫,又名八角麻,属八角枫科[Alangium Chinense(Lour·)Rend],药用茎、叶、根。其性味辛微温,有大毒。有舒筋活络、散瘀止痛、祛风除湿的功用。可治疗跌打损伤、风湿骨痛及麻痹瘫痪等症。常用剂量:须根煎服每次3克,须根研粉每服1克;根煎服3～6克。笔者在临床中发现,服八角枫后,产生中毒、甚至致死者为数不少。现将中毒致死一例报告如下,望引起医界同仁重视。患者陈国仔,男性,已婚,27岁,系铁路乡陂上村上黄沅山人。患者身体健壮,素
Octagonal Maple, also known as octagonal hemp, belongs to Alangium Chinense (Lour·Rend), medicinal stems, leaves and roots. It’s spicy and tepid, with big poisons. Shujin active, scattered analgesic, dehumidification function. It can treat bruises, rheumatism, and paralysis. Common dose: 3 grams each time the root of decoction, sham powder every serving 1 g; root decoction 3 to 6 grams. The author found in clinical practice, after serving Octopus maple, there were a large number of poisoning and even death. A report of one case of death caused by poisoning is as follows, and it is expected that the medical community will pay attention to it. The patient Chen Guozai, male, married, 27 years old, is a railway squatting student on the village of Huangfushan. The patient’s body is robust,
