柿属植物柿 Diospyros kaki L.F.为我国各地栽培较多、资源丰富的食用品种,其叶作药用早有记载。我们从柿叶的酚酸性部位中得到8种结晶性成分,其中已鉴定的7种成分,均为以前在柿叶中尚未得到过的。晶Ⅰ~Ⅳ及Ⅵ,其溶液均呈酸性,溴酚蓝试剂阳性反应。经测定理化常数及光谱数据,并与已知品进行对照比较后,分别鉴定为琥珀酸、苯甲酸、水杨酸、糠酸及丁香酸。晶Ⅶ及晶Ⅷ重氮化及三氯化铁反应均呈阳性,为香豆素类化合物。晶Ⅷ熔点203~204℃,与茛菪亭(scopoletin,6-甲氧基-7-羟基香豆素)的红外光谱、
Persimmon Diospyros kaki L.F. is widely cultivated and has abundant resources in China. Its medicinal use for leaves has long been documented. We obtained 8 kinds of crystalline components from the phenolic acid sites of persimmon leaves. Among them, 7 components that have been identified have not been obtained before in persimmon leaves. Crystals I-IV and VI, their solutions are acidic, bromophenol blue reagent positive reaction. The physicochemical constants and spectral data were determined and compared with the known products and identified as succinic acid, benzoic acid, salicylic acid, decanoic acid and syringic acid, respectively. Both the crystal VII and crystal VIII diazotization and ferric chloride reaction were positive and were coumarin compounds. Crystal VIII melting point of 203 ~ 204 °C, with 茛菪 ( (scopoletin, 6-methoxy-7-hydroxy coumarin) infrared spectrum,
