贯彻落实《2010-2020年党外代表人士教育培训改革和发展纲要》(以下简称《纲要》)、《中共中央关于加强新形势下党外代表人士队伍建设的意见》(以下简称《意见》)精神,以“教学年”为契机,在提高教育培训工作规范化科学化水平上狠下功夫,推动教育培训工作迈上新台阶。完善规章制度,创新工作机制,切实加强自身建设;深刻把握规律,紧密结合实际,科学制定教学规划;认真总结经验,结合学院实际,全面提高教学质量;采取多项措施,加强联合办学,超额完成培训任务,充分发挥了社院在党外代表人士教育培训中的主阵地作用。
