对二个大豆辐射后代的群体进行遗传分析。结果表明,经辐射处理扩大了各性状的遗传变异;同一照射剂量除在株高、秕荚率与小区产量有着相同的遗传效果外,其它性状与各组合之间存在很大的互作。M_3、M_4代家系内遗传方差分析结果,辐射群体在所测的农艺性状遗传纯合速度要快于对照。对M_4家系方差分析与测产表明,经辐射引变后,能选择到比对照群体更理想的品系。
Genetic analysis of two populations of offspring from soybean. The results showed that the genetic variation of each trait was enlarged by radiation treatment. The same irradiation dose had the same genetic effect on the plant height and pod rate as the yield of the plot, and there was a great interaction between other traits and each combination. Genetic analysis of variance in the M_3 and M_4 pedigree showed that the genetic homozygote of the radiation population in the agronomic traits was faster than the control. An analysis of variance and field test on M_4 pedigree showed that the strain could be selected to be more ideal than the control population after being induced by radiation.
