神经营养因子（ＮＴＦ_ｓ）及其基因对帕金森病（ＰＤ）的保护作用研究是目前研究的前沿领域。本文对ＮＴＦ_ｓ的家族与生物特性，ＮＴＦ_ｓ受体，ＮＴＦ_ｓ与帕金森病的相互关系及其对ＰＤ的保护机制等方面的研究作一综述。

The study of the protective effect of neurotrophic factor (NTF_s) and its gene on Parkinson’s disease (PD) is a frontier field of current research. This review summarizes the studies on the relationship between family and biological characteristics of NTF_s, NTF_s receptor, NTF_s and Parkinson’s disease and its protective mechanism on PD.
