应用商业软件CFX及水力学模型,对三流连铸中间包钢水流场进行了模拟研究,分析比较了原型中间包和改造后中间包内钢水的流动状态。结果表明:数值模拟与水力学模型结果相符;原型中间包内存在明显的短路流,死区比例大,均超过了50%;通过改造中间包控流装置后,中间包内钢水流动状态得到了明显改善,死区体积比例大大降低,死区比例均控制在20%以内,最低的仅为9.41%。通过现场试验发现:中部水口出口与边部水口出口的钢水温差最大值由改造前的5℃减小到2℃;事故率明显降低,达到了预期的冶金效果。
The flow field of molten steel in the three-strand continuous casting tundish was simulated by commercial software CFX and hydraulic model. The flow state of the molten steel in the prototype tundish and the modified tundish was analyzed and compared. The results show that the numerical simulation is in good agreement with the hydraulic model. The prototype tundish has obvious short-circuit flow and the dead zone ratio is over 50%.
