目的探讨葛根素对百草枯致肺纤维化的治疗作用。方法采用大鼠百草枯致肺纤维化模型,给予葛根素进行干预治疗,并于第3、7、14、28d测定血清中超氧化物歧化酶、丙二醛和肺组织中羟脯氨酸含量,观察组织病理学改变,对比分析各组动物肺细胞损伤及肺纤维化程度。结果葛根素能明显降低百草枯肺纤维化大鼠肺组织中羟脯氨酸和血清中丙二醛的含量,提高大鼠体内超氧化物歧化酶的活力;病理组织学观察表明,葛根素能明显改善实验性肺纤维化的程度。结论葛根素对百草枯诱导大鼠肺纤维化具有一定的拮抗作用。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of puerarin on paraquat-induced pulmonary fibrosis. Methods Rat paraquat-induced pulmonary fibrosis model was used to treat puerarin. The levels of hydroxyproline in superoxide dismutase, malondialdehyde, and lung tissue were determined on the 3rd, 7th, 14th, and 28th days. Observe the changes of histopathology, compare and analyze the lung cell damage and the degree of pulmonary fibrosis in each group of animals. Results Puerarin could significantly reduce the content of hydroxyproline and serum malondialdehyde in the lung tissue of rats with paraquat lung fibrosis and increase the activity of superoxide dismutase in rats. Histopathological observations showed that puerarin could Significantly improve the extent of experimental pulmonary fibrosis. Conclusion Puerarin has certain antagonistic effects on paraquat-induced pulmonary fibrosis in rats.
