本文从分析县中医院的十年发展特点入手,发现目前县级中医院具有明显的综合化倾向,中医院卫技人员强烈否定中医专科医院的发展方向;药品消耗以西药为主,且逐年增加,盲目追求西医诊断能力。同时,县中医院面临严峻的医院补偿机制。综合化的发展趋势决非理想的中医院发展方向,它不仅否定了中医院本身,也损害了中医形象,违背了建中医院政策的原意,并将带来资源浪费。因此,发展中医药事业的关键是重视中医现代化的研究。
This article starts with an analysis of the ten-year development characteristics of the county hospital, and finds that the current county-level hospitals have a clear tendency of integration. The hospital technicians strongly discriminate the development direction of the Chinese medicine hospitals; the medicine consumption is dominated by western medicine and increases year by year. Blindly pursue the ability of Western medicine diagnosis. At the same time, County Chinese Hospital is facing a severe hospital compensation mechanism. The integrated development trend is by no means the ideal development direction of TCM. It not only negates TCM itself, but also undermines the image of TCM. It violates the original intention of the policy of Jianzhong Hospital and will result in waste of resources. Therefore, the key to the development of traditional Chinese medicine is to pay attention to the study of modernization of traditional Chinese medicine.
