结合近年来参与的一些管道施工项目及PMP项目管理理念,指出作为项目管理者必须坚持以人为本,充分理解员工需求,紧紧围绕项目生产和经营这个中心,将项目管理的各个过程有机地结合起来。在项目准备阶段,强调规划工作的重要性和需要规划的若干细节;在项目执行和控制阶段,从计划执行、调度协调、目标量化考核和团队建设等方面介绍了如何有效执行项目的一些做法。
Combined with some pipeline construction projects and PMP project management concepts involved in recent years, it is pointed out that project managers must adhere to the people-centered approach, fully understand the needs of employees, closely center on the project’s production and operation, and organically combine various project management processes. In the project preparation stage, the importance of the planning work and some details of the planning are emphasized. In the project implementation and control phases, some approaches on how to carry out the project effectively are introduced in the aspects of planning execution, coordination of scheduling, quantification of goals and team building.
