文化是维系一个民族人民团结的精神纽带,是民族凝聚力的粘合剂。抗日战争时期,我党在发挥文化作战功能方面积累了许多经验,在最大限度地发挥文化抗战方面开展了一系列工作:建立文化界抗日文化统一战线;组织各种文化社团;充分发挥文艺的凝聚功能;发展教育事业培养抗战人才。这些经验对我们今天的文化建设和文化发展仍有借鉴意义。
