Χ光片的质量,即拍摄影像的黑化度、对比度,清晰度,不仅受到Χ射线的强度、硬度,投照时间长短及胶片的感光速度的影响,而且与显影过程中的显影药液的温度,新旧程度,显影时间的长短密切相关。通常前者由机器的参数及操作规程所确定,变化较小。后者人为因素较多,随机性较大。因此,若要得到一张高质量的Χ光片,就必须保证上述诸参数的协调一致。现有的一些自动冲洗机,即是固定了显影药液的温度、新旧程度、显影时间三个参数,在Χ线的强度、硬度、投照时间长短等正常的条件下,可保证Χ片光的质量。但是,目前国内外(经美国国家医学图书馆PubMed期刊检索)的各类Χ光胶片冲洗机均采用时序控制,难以克服非常规因素的影响。
