一、国有资产管理中存在的问题1.由于医院管理者和全体工作人员未从思想上重视国有资产的管理,商品意识淡薄,经济效益观念不强,出现设备闲置,利用率低的情况。2.现行各种财产物质管理制度尚不健全,以至家底不清,增减的财产不作账务处理,财务金额管理与实物数量管理严重脱节,对资产处理上有很大的随意性,造成账物不符、账账不符,存在丢失被盗现象。

Inconsistent items, accounts do not match, there is loss of theft.
