基于前景理论研究了有限理性前提下发电商的最优电量分配策略。在前景理论的框架下,分析了发电商的价值函数和概率权重函数,建立了计及发电商心理因素的电量分配决策模型。该模型同时考虑了价值函数和概率权重函数对发电商电量分配决策的影响。通过计算不同方案下发电商的前景效用值,将得到的前景值最大的方案作为发电商的最优分配方案。相比于传统的电量分配决策模型,该决策模型更能反映发电商的心理愿望。算例结果验证了该模型的可行性和有效性。
Based on the theory of foreground, the optimal power allocation strategy of generators is studied under bounded rationality. Under the framework of the foreground theory, the value function and probability weight function of generator are analyzed, and the power allocation decision model considering the psychological factors of generator is established. The model considers the influence of the value function and the probability weight function on the power distribution decision of generators. By calculating the utility value of generators under different schemes, the scheme with the largest foreground value is taken as the optimal distribution scheme of generator. Compared with the traditional electricity allocation decision-making model, the decision-making model can better reflect the psychological desire of the electricity producer. The results show that the model is feasible and effective.
