预焙阳极电解槽一般有10～30块碳素焙烧阳极。这些阳极在电解过程中逐渐消耗。从而每隔一定时间要更换一次阳极。一个阳极或几个阳极为一组,根据阳极消耗程度,依次按组更换。本方法选用更换后50小时内的阳极为预报阳极效应而使用的阳极。
